Scholarship
The Resilience Scholarship Fund will award a minimum of (5) $1000 scholarships in 2023. The scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors who have shown extraordinary resilience to a personal or family life challenge. Examples include family, personal, health, physical, emotional, mental health, and all other scenarios where resilience has been demonstrated.
Criteria:

Students must be current high school seniors within one of the following eligible Ohio school districts: Oakwood City School District, Lakota Local School District, Kings Local School District, Centerville City School District, Kettering City School District

Students must plan to enroll in a post-secondary educational program (Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, Vocational School, etc.)

Complete the electronic form by midnight April 23, 2023 for consideration. Application period for 2023 is now closed. Thanks for your submission.

Scholarship recipients will be announced late May.
Scholarships will be evaluated by (2) different constituents – a team of JH/SH students, and a team of JH/SH Staff. Keep this in mind when completing the application. Applicant names will be removed from forms when reviewed for consideration.
